Will we get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Your site is assigned to one cleaner or one couple, and they stay with you. If they are away, we brief the replacement on your scope and access before they arrive, and we let you know in advance.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Every cleaner who works on your site holds a current police clearance. We are happy to confirm this in writing for your records.
Do you clean our kitchen and breakout area?
Yes, benches, sinks, tables and appliance exteriors are part of the standard scope, along with restocking consumables and checking the fridge. Tell us how your team uses the space and we will scope around it.
When is the cleaning performed?
Outside your business hours, so there is no disruption to staff or clients. We agree the window with you and work to it. If you need a daytime service, ring us and we will talk it through.
We share the floor with other tenants. Can you still clean just our space?
Yes. We scope and quote your tenancy on its own, and work with building management on lift access, loading docks or after-hours entry where that is required.
Can we add tasks outside the agreed scope?
Yes. Extra tasks such as carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning or a pre-event detail clean can be added as one-offs or built into the schedule. We quote them before any work happens, so nothing turns up as a surprise on your invoice.
